These terms are between Heaven Trading Ltd (trading as "headphone
Heaven") and you the customer.
Privacy Statement
All personal data that we collect will be used in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998, held securely, behind a firewall and
with physical and procedural protection, in agreement with our internal
security policy.
We will not pass on, rent or sell any personal information to any
third parties for any reason whatsoever.
We do not store credit card information either electronically or
physically. Only PROTX.co.uk, our real-time payment service provider,
sees customer’s credit card information.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your
consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email
from us in the future.
COOKIES are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of
the contents of your shopping cart.
Credit Card Security
Headphone Heaven uses Protx Ltd to collect and process credit card details.
We do not collect, or store, any credit card details ourselves.
The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative
techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.
Their internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures
that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.
The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the our
web site to Protx is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that
the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Any communication between the customer and Protx is encrypted, using
Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to the maximum strength supported by the
customer's browser. The customer is also protected from fraudulent
use of their card in a "card not present" environment,
by their card issuer.
All data stored on Protx systems is held on encrypted and highly secured
databases. Protx are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure
that their systems conform to the latest security standards.
Delivery Schedule
For in stock items please allow up to 5 working days for delivery
(most items are shipped the day after the order is placed).
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing your order;
so please ensure your e-mail address is entered carefully.
DELIVERY METHOD
We currently deliver to U.K. addresses using Royal Mail parcel post
for smaller items and National Carriers for larger items. National
carriers will deliver the next working day from dispatch anytime between
8.30 and 6.00 [excluding weekends]. If no one is available to sign
for the goods a card will be left for you to arrange another delivery
time or the goods can be collected from the shipping agents warehouse.
If your parcel(s) arrive and are physically damaged, DO NOT sign for
the delivery but tell the courier that you are rejecting the consignment
and it should be returned to sender. Contact us immediately for assistance
on 020 7633 0705, as claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Please remove packaging carefully in case you need to return any items
to us later.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will notify you by email with an expected
delivery date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
Shipping And Handling
We currently only ship to U.K. and Northern Ireland addresses. We
insure goods until point of delivery to you by our carrier (i.e. when
you sign).
SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping charge is £3.50 for mainland addresses. You will
see the standard delivery charge added at the Checkout before you confirm
your order.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel any order deemed a distance
order, this includes internet and telephone orders. Any returned goods
must be unopened, unused, complete with all parts and in the original
packaging.
Goods are not supplied on approval.
Should you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must inform
us in writing (including by fax or email) within 10 days of the date
of receipt of the goods.
You must return the goods to us without delay, at your cost. We cannot
accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore you
must ensure goods are insured in transit, and are returned within the
10 day period. The goods MUST be in perfect condition, unused, complete
with all parts and packing in the original packaging.
We are entitled to deduct from any refund the cost of the delivery,
and any
missing accessories.
We guarantee to refund the price of any item returned to us in its
original condition if notified within 10 days of the customer’s
receipt of their order. Upon receipt of the return we will issue your
refund. The refund will normally be issued immediately, but certainly
within 30 days.
Please note that for warranty claims outside this 10 day period you
will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to and collecting
them from us.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Guarantee
All products have a one year return to base warrantee, parts and labour.
The exclusions are batteries, indicator lamps and fuses.
Some product ranges benefit from their manufacturer's extended parts/labour
warranties, subject to their conditions, which are from date of purchase.
Should you need to claim under guarantee, please contact us for help.
We will advise on the best method for you to return the item(s) to
us (or to the manufacturer). We will contact the manufacturer for you
and arrange for the repaired item(s) to be returned to you as soon
as possible.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling
Directive.
